How do Square customers obtain these?
On 03–08–2022 08:40 AM, Square Community Moderator JJ_ said Square support can provide a Merchant Verification letter to customers who log into their account and go to this link.
When I tried this today, none of the Square support reps I spoke to by phone knew what a bank letter or Merchant Verification letter even was, let alone how to provide it. Unsurprisingly, the original community thread I linked to above is now locked to replies.
