We had a apparel sale on Saturday and the customer has reached out saying
The merchant is finalizing payment it may complete and update message she re wives. A day goes by and she reaches out saying Cash App card canceled. I can't find her transaction and I don't see any money withdrawn on apple. How do I verify if this was withdrawn and how do I see if this happened to others but those folks are not being as honest as this customer? What causes this to happen?

I'm happy to help, but I'm having a little trouble understanding your question, but it sounds like you're looking to confirm that a payment made with Cash App was successful. You can confirm a successful transaction by checking Transactions within the app or Square Dashboard. If a transaction isn’t completed, it’ll appear in your Transaction status report.
Additionally, we are experiencing a known-issue with payments made with Cash App Cards and Visa Cards. You can find more details on that via our Status Page here.
