While the community feature is all around quite helpful, I wonder if any thought is given to how easy or how hard it is for folks to find. When one logs onto Square, there is no direct link to this area. Had I not bookmarked the page, I would have to resort to the search function to get to this area. Would it not be more practical (and inviting) to have a link for Square users to jump to it?
Hi @bonny.. There is a direct link in the navigation menu. Click on the help icon (question mark in a circle), and then select "Square Community." That being said, I wonder if other sellers would find it helpful to have a new icon in that bottom bar that goes directly to the community?
Funny- I access it by clicking my account name from laptop upper lefthand corner...

Well darn, I tried that on my desktop computer and I don't get that option.

I’ve bookmarked the link in a tab on my browser. However, I agree if there was a button on the dashboard, new users would likely see it and use it.
