I cannot verify my identity. I’ve recently migrated to the UK and I am unable to verify, it just gives me a error message each time. On top of that, my house is a new build and perhaps that is why the postcode isn’t recognized
please help

You can try entering your information again from your Square Dashboard to verify your identity. Here are some things to keep in mind as you retry:

Is that assistance number a phone number? If so, I have tried to call it and I got a message saying that phone number doesnt exist. I have done everything correctly on verfiying my information and still I get the unable to verify message. What else is left for me to do?
