I put a sale through for $800 but it kept declining and I don’t know why

Yes, the transaction limit for Afterpay payments is currently $2,000, however, this is not the only reason Afterpay payments may decline. In some cases, the individual making the Afterpay payment will need to confirm their estimated available spend which is determined based on a few factors, such as their payment history of making payments on time or how long they’ve been using Afterpay.
If the customer has been declined based on their history, this information will be communicated to them within the Afterpay app.
Did you ask your customer to check their app for any notifications at the time you attempted to process this payment?
There was no issue with there app and always on time with there payments
Just stepping in while @Laurie_ is out, @OnDaDaily 👋 We'd still recommend that this customer reaches out to Afterpay directly to check why their payment is getting declined, as we're not able to see the reason their payment may have been declined.
