Is anyone else havig issues with customers selecting a shipping method today

A customer messaged me that they were unable to complete their order. 
That a shipping method was not available even though they input their address.  I was able to replicate the error. Tried with different items to see if the problem was unique to a particular item.  It is not.  Tech support seems to think it's only me having the issue.  
Anyone else?

I was finally able to have the tech support team solve the problem.  I would not have been aware without the message from my customer.  The support representative explained that an update was done earlier in the week.  Depending on the domain you are using, the update may have caused sync issues.  Hopefully it has been fixed for everyone by now, but if not you will need to actually call and open a ticket.
