I am almost 200 products in and another 150 yet to go but about half of my products are missing the images. It is making no sense as all my images are saved and uploaded the same way and only half are showing.
I asked Square support and was told I need to screenshot them all and reupload, that's a lot of work to screenshot every product & then having to re crop each image and hope that they all work. Some products have up to 6 images, and I don't know how to screenshot on my computer.
Any help would be appreciated! I thought moving over to square would make it easier to for selling at markets with my square reader, but this is one of many problems I am facing.

We're unable to share account-specific information via public platforms, so I'll just have to speculate here, but if the Support Team have suggested screenshotting your images it sounds like you might be having an issue with the file size.
When you're uploading images to Square Online, there are a few things to consider.
Firstly, the individual image size can be no larger than 25 MB. Screenshotting is a very quick fix to this problem if you're looking for an immediate solution. However, I usually recommend using a free online image compressor to compress the image file (this will reduce the file size) while preserving image quality.
Secondly, the file type has to be one of the following options: .jpg, .png, .gif, or .spin.
Regarding uploading up to 6 images, this won't be a problem so long as all images are within the recommended file size. I've just uploaded 7 images as a test on my own account and these all displayed as expected. If you need to reorder the way in which your images are appearing, you can do this by selecting the item from Site Items and clicking and dragging the images into your preferred order, then click Save.
