The only thing to make square perfect would be automatic surcharging for Invoices and the ability to have $0 items so I can discount some or all things at 100%

Most of my clients receive an invoice and pay either via Card in the car after the trip, pay online or pay via cash or bank deposit. Would ask love to integrate bank transfers or at least show the details as an options. I realise this payment method doesn’t attract any fees for square, but would make life a lot easier. 

i would love the same surcharge button to be available to invoicing. To either appear when paying via terminal or if they choose to pay via card online.

Thanks for your patience while I got back to you, @Slixx . I can definitely see how surcharging would be helpful for your business. It’s a top request from sellers, but to be honest, I don’t think it’s something we’ll be considering in the near future.

I've been trialling MYOB and they have an options in their payment setup where you can either absorb the surcharge youself or pass it on to the customer.  In Australia it is illegal to profit off of card surcharges, so when a customer clicks on the link, they can either transfer via Bank Deposit (details shown) or can pay via card which automatically adds the surcharge.  It is very handy, but the software is way too expensive and complex for my small businesses needs.

Automatic surcharging works well for in person payments, but there are only 2 features I wish Square would implement and I would be happy for them to add them to the Plus plan and continue paying it.

- Automatic adding card surcharges to an invoice when paying an Invoice via card (MYOB)

- Bank Transfer details to be added to the Invoice so that customers can pay via direct deposit (MYOB & SumUp

I recognise that Square Invoice isn't the primary business structure for Square as collecting payment fees is predominately how Square makes money, but if you add these features to the Plus plan, then customers that want to either pay outside of Square Card Portal, can do so and if they want to use Square's portal, giving he vendor an option to either charge the customer or to absorb the surcharge should be available.

i think if you provide professional car rental services to your clients , the client will never go any where else.... as far as my experience concerned i found glidelimo the best professional car rental service in dubai.
