We diversified into preventative maintenance contracts years ago. We maintain the equipment in commercial properties and then when it needs to be replaced, we're in a position to offer a bid to replace. it not only creates consistent income but pads our bread and butter - installs.
I own multiple coffee shops; we've diversified by niche'ing into a wellness and sustainability focus. As consumers learn more about the health effects of conventional coffee, tea, and food, they realize that their daily habits arent as clean as they once thought.
