How do I add shipping on website when it wont let me edit "store name"?

Trying to start setting up shipping and it wont let me edit the "store name" so it wont let me progress further.. Any help would be great!!!

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble editing your online store name!

You should be able to do this via Settings / General in your Square Online dashboard:

Thanks Seamus! It was not letting me edit that part (had it highlighted light grey). Tried again this morning and worked. Maybe a lil glitch over the weekend?

Sounds like something may have been up there with a couple of reports coming in, I'd not heard of anything but will check in with our support team!
