Have not received actual device

I have been approved, have an account, have downloaded the App, but have still to receive the actual device. It’s been two weeks. Has anyone else run into this problem? It concerns me that a company has all my personal information, but I have no device to actually use...

You can check on the status of your order in your dashboard here.  You can also go pick up a reader in the meantime from a local retailer.
