Did you know today marks the start of Lunar (Chinese) New Year ✨?
2025 is the Year of the Snake, bringing a bit more unpredictability and excitement. And let's be honest, life already feels like a never-ending to-do lists between work and personal responsibilities. That's why carving out time for yourself is more important than ever!
Since the start of the year, I've been taking a restorative yoga class once a week, and it has been a game changer for keeping my stress in check.
What about you? What’s your go-to tip to stay calm and centered when life gets overwhelming? Let's swap tips! 💆♀️💡
I got a new puppy. Is that less stress?
🤣
Rye
Rye day 3 - already bigger 🙂
so cute!!!
OMG Rye is precious 😍 I mean how could you be stressed looking at that face?
Soooooo Cute!!!!!
I’ve got into 3D printing and it has been a big stress reliever for me. It’s relaxing to make something and watch it be printed.
That sounds so fun @rtfulk ! What has been the best thing you've printed so far 👀?
I meditate every day, and I try to exercise after work. I wind down at night by reading something that has nothing to do with the business or catch up on my favorite show. I have a routine I try to stick to but sometimes it just doesn't work out, so I make sure to do at least those three things to help stay relaxed.
Sticking to a routine is always the hardest — for the third year in a row now, my one new year's resolution has been to have a better sleep hygiene (less screentime before bed, more reading, etc.) and I always break it within the first two weeks of the year 😂.
oh man- I feel the most nervous this year than I've ever felt. We've been in business 6 years and I've never been so insecure about the leadership and the economy (hang onto your hats for tomorrow's stock market).
We're in Tucson right now at our biggest buying trip- we invested a lot and I'm so nervous that the bottom will fall out it's scary.
What to do when the world is crazy? Breathe. Center in the present moment. "For right this second I am OK. For right this second I'm safe." and rely on the people you love around you to prop you up.
Sending you lots of love, @DinaLRosenberg ❤️
