Hi, new to square -when setting up the free trial it asked if I wanted group appointments - which I do!
I have a new spa - offering a few treatments - individual massage, couples massage and group sessions - up to 3 people.
Obviously if there is more than one person, I need to provide more than one therapist (and one treatment room)
I cannot for the life of me see how I can set this up.
Can anyone help?

At this time, Square Appointments doesn’t support group bookings, where a group of individual clients book a single appointment together. I don't have a timeline for the availability of this feature, but I suggest joining the Beta Community in the meantime, so you can try new features first when we test them out.
I recreated signing up for a free trial on my end, but I couldn't see a mention of group appointments. This is the list of functionalities that are featured when signing up. Can you provide additional details about where you saw the mention of "group bookings" so I can take a look and report it to the relevant team.
I had a look at our integrated applications, and it does look like Trafft offers a group booking functionality. Since the integration is managed entirely by Trafft, I recommend reaching out to their Support Team directly at [email protected] or +44 1484 627217 if you have any question about the application itself.
