Hi. When printing direct from the fresh kds screen ( advanced plan), do the labels print as individual items or as a full order?
Hi @grantshel, thanks for your post! I'm not too familiar with the Fresh KDS so I've reached out to the team and see if they have any insight here.
I know that within the Square Point of Sale app itself, there's an option for Single Item Per Ticket that you can enable. This will let you print individual ticket for each item. Perhaps enabling this may also enable the settings within the Fresh KDS app?
I will be sure to follow up on this thread when I have more information from our team as well.
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, from what I can see, now we have upgraded to the new square register, no label printers are compatible.
While the sticky label printers are not compatible with the Square Register, if you have an iPad ready you should be able to connect it to that and print out labels through the iPad instead.
