@Bridie1 not really sure whats happening there, but it all sounds a bit odd. I would do all the usual IT Helpdesk suggestions, clear your history/cache, switch you pc on and off etc, and if this doesn't clear the problems I would suggest a call to the Square customer services who are really good at helping with this kind of thing.
