Feature Request: Can you send out a bulk messages / mass communications via email or SMS?

I was wondering if I was able to send a message to all my contacts in my square appointment app for eg. Book an app in the next 14 days to receive $5 off that appointment or something along those lines?

Thanks for getting in touch.

At the moment there's no way to send bulk messages to client via Appointments, though it's functionality we're hoping to be able to bring in the future. From a regulatory standpoint, sending bulk marketing communications has a very different set of rules that apply vs sending individual communications for things like appointment reminders, and at the moment we're only able to offer the latter.

With that said, in the long term we hope to be able to bring products such as Square Marketing to Australia, which has this sort of functionality but is only currently available in the US. While it's not in our immediate plans, I'll update this thread is and when I hear more! In the meantime we can continue to use this thread to track demand for this feature.
