Email address with Domain name

Today I updated my Square subscription as I have been really pleased with my website setup process and the ease of use. I also purchased a new Domain Name for the site and now want to add a couple of email addresses for the Domain. I have searched without success to find how to do this. I contacted online support and was eventually told I could do this but it would cost me $100 per year. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I have had websites and Domains for quite a few years and never yet had to pay extra once I purchased the Domain.

I'm not happy, and would like to know who I can talk to about this. I don't really want to cancel everything and go elsewhere as I am very happy with the Square product. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out.

Because email via Square Online / Weebly is handled through Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) there are additional costs associated with this service. While I'm not able to speak to the pricing, I imagine it is a yearly subscription service to use Google Workspace and the associated products, including email hosting.
