Couple Questions regarding online site and bookings

I have a few questions regarding the online bookings.

I've seen two versions of my site show up, one was up for just a second then went back to where it's at now. Previously is show everything in an itemized list, and was much nicer to look at for a potential customer. the current setting allows guests to choose multiple, which is fine. But the other way was nice and I have no clue how I did that. I saw the options for buy now or add to cart, but any changes I make in that settings screen doesn't seem to effect the site. 

Another question I have, when people make bookings, I'd prefer that my location isn't an option, as we are purely service calls to people's homes and businesses (power washing services). I don't think my customers want to bring their driveways to me. 😉 

Any help would be appreciated. For reference, the website is www.cneclean.com. you may make fake bookings if you'd like, please just make a "test" note so I know.

@cneclean  For the first problem you are having i'm not sure about, it could be related to browser setting of if on mobile or desktop view as well. For the location setting there is a menu about business locations, it has to be set to mobile and not physical location. I believe the setting is accessed from dashboard, account and setting then locations. You can choose to set to book only at mobile location only under location type.
