Upgraded to 5g, square terminal not connecting reset back to factory,now won't connect to internet. Can't get past this stage, so frustrating 😤

Hi @Sniffingoodk9 ,

Can you explain a little more about your upgrade.

Is you device tethered to your phone or via some 5g router?

Was new hardware supplied as part of your upgrade.

Are you using your own Wifi passwords, or the vendor provided defaults ?

Can the terminal see the wifi network in question ?

Hi, thanks for replying ☺️ After much frustration & colourful language 😀 After 4 factory resets it finally connected 🙈
