Can I get payment notifications to more than one email address?

We are a not for profit volunteer organization and first time Square users. I want our Treasurer to be notified of Square purchases. But our Square will be used by different volunteers at different times and would like the confirmation emails to go to our General Email box. Would it be best to keep the notifications going to our general email and forward them to the Treasurer or can email notifications go to 2 email addresses? Thanks

Thanks for replying.
These will be for event ticket sales.
They will be in person, F2F. No online sales. Purchasers will receive their tickets in hand when they make a purchase. On rare occasions we may take their credit card over the phone and manually enter their card. We hope to avoid that, because of fees, not fraud…small town, we know everyone

When you say “do they use the Online Manager”, if you mean the Treasurer, I believe that’s a yes.  I believe I have it set up for them to use the online manager, however we’ve never made a sale so…
Picture two old ladies, sitting at a table, with a stack of concert tickets in front of them, asking people to pay and hoping the transaction goes through because they’ve only ever been on the other side of a Square.
Thanks

The easiest way would be to create a rule in your mail server - so nothing square related. Set up a rule so that emails from “square” associated to your account in your mail server get forwarded to the treasurer.

for Mac mail

Open mail on your Mac.

Goto preferences  click rules then click add rule

any from “ square or whatever the email is from and send a copy forward etc to treasurer.

Set up a joint email only you and your colleagues  all have access to.

to do this you’ll need to change your log inIn this section.

in square “Browser dashboard” go to account settings. Bottom left. Scroll down to email notifications

click every box so you get everything. per payment is at the bottom

the new address will be your log in account associated with square.

the other alternative is to give access to the treasurer.

have you considered using brushfire - this is a fantastic app linked with square for events and concerts.

It does the tickets. Prints qr codes scannable on your phone. Wristbands. Online tickets seat allocation.

I used this for a fashion show event with 350 tickets sit down dinner. It’s a bit mind blowing at first as it’s another browser dashboard. I think they use this at coachella anyway it takes all the headache  out of everything and makes you look super professional.
