Book Now on Instagram

I’ve set up a service in square appointments and linked my square account to Instagram. However wen I or anyone else clicks on book now through Instagram they can’t see the service. 

Can someone help me figure out why?

Hi team, I have problems in the last couple weeks with my Square and Instagram, Facebook. I have connected Squatmre to Instagram and Facebook before and everything works well. Lately, people couldn't find the “book now” button on my Instagram and Facebook and they have to send the request to book an appointment through Facebook. I create another account to check my original Instagram business account and I can see “book now”, but most of my clients can't. Would you able to help me out please ? I have been using Square nearly 2.5 years and it’s so stressful lately.
