Adding shipping charges to buy button

Hi all, I'm trying to add shipping costs to a Buy button for my website. I've fill in all the shipping info in Square Online, but when I create the button, shipping shows as free. I have a free account. Is this why the shipping charges won't stick?

I did a test on your Buy Now Button and it did apply the shipping rate. 

Keep in mind that the shipping rate amount is only added after the shipping address is entered during the checkout process.
