Adding shipping charge to Online Checkout Links

Hi, we're currently using our existing website and adding Buy buttons from Square's Online Checkout Links. There's an option in the Settings for a shipping charge, but every time I set an amount in the Shipping field and Save, it clears back to zero.

 

Any help on where I'm going wrong?

If needed, you should also be able to contact our team on 0800 - 098 8008, Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM and they will be able to look into it on the phone as well @ClarityCotswold.

 

The Shipping settings for the Online Checkout Links is tied to settings for the Square Online site, but you don't have to setup a full new website to manage your shipping. Even without publishing a site, you should still be able to configure everything and have it applied to the Checkout Links.

Thanks, I've tried those ideas and a different browser but same problem remains. Have emailed support too now.

 

Is this a problem anyone else is experiencing? Is there another way to manage shipping without setting up a completely new website using Square? We've only just finished putting together our site and don't want to move to a .square address anyway.

Ah ok, that's sorted it. Doing the basic setting up on the Square Online website has enabled me to enter the details for shipping, collection etc. and that's connected with the Online Checkout items.

 

Am going through the various options now, but it seems to be what I needed. Thanks!
