Just setting up Square reader and despite repeated attempts and checking info I provided account repeatedly failing to activate. Need reader for event tomorrow...any help welcomed!!!

Firstly, apologies for the delayed response, and secondly I'm sorry to hear you had issues activating your account.
We do have some tips available on activating your account, which runs through potential scenarios such as Square being unable to verify your identity. This can happen if we've been unable to match your details up on the electoral role, usually if you have moved house recently.
We try 4 times to match up your information, if all fail you would need to contact our support team directly. Unfortunately, we can't access account-specific information here in the community.

Hi, I am having the same issue. Unable to verify my identity. Each time I contact the chat or speak with an agent I am told an email will be sent requesting more information. I just get sent the same email that puts me back in a loop of no help again. How can I get past this? Donnalisa

same problem. bought for an event tomorrow and very disappointed that this is essentially useless. The tips are useless too ("type your name correctly") I mean....
