Is there a phone number for customer service over the weekend or after 6:00?

Same here transactions stop being processed after 7:15 pm.

Same boat. Lost transactions from one server and two transactions awaiting tips that I can't add.

They seem to have taken all support options offline, even Chat has gone offline.

We are having the same problem! Missing transactions from the past hour, this is a major problem and no way to contact support.

I have the same problem, i tried using my card. and it did charge my bank account as a customer. But I cannot see the transaction in my account. happened after 6:30pm today

We supposedly have 24/7 phone support because of our plan but every time I call it says they're closed. Has anyone been able to figure out how to reach someone? We're missing a lot of transactions.

Same. Serious amount of transactions.

Same. Transactions stop showing up. Confirmed the transactions were received, just can not add tip and close out. Customer Service will not answer phone calls.

It looks like they are going to have their hands full tomorrow. We are having the same problems in Eastern Oregon.
