CareyJo has been a part of the Square Community since 2023 and in this short time has already authored 490+ posts and 970+ kudos! She's a very active member of both our Square Readers Book Club and also a part of our Square Champions program too.

CareyJo has also been self-employed for more than 35 years and has walked side-by-side with her husband through his career of 26 years in HVAC. They live in Montana and service a large area of the state, helping people stay comfortable in their spaces!

@FAFOKustoms8324 you are fine and will do great! I saw a response of yours and you nailed it. All weekend I had 2 helping on rough, angry loan “pages” and they answered all their questions were very easygoing, and kept it upbeat. I gentleman answered 8a list of 8 questions and only asked for me 1 time about switching banks around 75% would that make him not eligible for an offer? He said it shouldn't but let's double check. You can switch banks prior to an offer with no issues or delays, especially during the beginning of week go in add in new account, and double check your deposit time is still the same. Do not try to switch your back during a pending deposit though. 9xs out of 10 it doesn't end well.

Hey everyone! 💕 First of all, congrats to all the February Members of the Month—what an amazing achievement! 🎉 It’s inspiring to see such engagement and positivity in the community.

I have a quick question: How do you all stay so motivated to contribute and engage so consistently? It’s got an incredible selection of music, and I think it’s perfect for anyone looking to vibe while engaging in the community. 🎶

@chamin462 I feel this question so hard- I had a horrible month in community- between being under deadline and being a trade show for a week in a short month- then my husband having a knee replacement- OMG I was out of it this month.

During normal months I typically dedicate 30 minutes 2x a week while I'm drinking coffee to go through all the boards/community to see where I can help & what I can answer 🙂

@chamin462 We all just do what @DinaLRosenberg said - we chime in here and there. Some of us are just more active than others. It's really about engaging in conversation more than anything, just simply being present. You don't need to feel obligated to reach a certain mark or participate at any particular level. Us Square Champions are held to a higher standard, to be there and offer as much advice as we can. We each have a special area of expertise that we offer the most advice in, but we all try to chime in where we can and at the very least, offer congrats and cheer others on for succeeding.

Congrats everyone who made the list! I was out on vacay for the entire month and I'm just now checking back in. Hope you all had a great month!! I'm looking forward to clearing out my 46 notifications!
