Hi there @Sheli.. I have a few ideas, but in order to know the better option, it would be helpful for you to describe how your memberships would work. It's possible that there is an existing tool in Square but, if not, there are a few third-party apps that could work for you, as well.

Hi Sheli,

At our spa we handle this using the subscriptions feature. It's very basic, but were able to set up three membership tiers and clients can purchase a "subscription" to each. Their card on file is charged automatically each month. We have had a few instances where clients removed their card or cards expired, so that's something to keep an eye on but Square sends notifications and client reminders when that happens. Once you have the subscriptions set up you can embed a payment link in your website or send the link to your clients.

@symonew The subscription feature on Square should work well. If not, there are other options on the Square marketplace you can try.

Just some advice, start with 1-3 subscription tiers at max in the beginning.
