Why enable misclassification?

More important, your team deserves to be properly classified and compensated. 

 

Cover employees and contractors.
Pay W-2s and 1099s hourly, salary, or custom amounts, with unlimited pay runs per month.

Please include a disclaimer that just because the functionality exists within Square, that doesn't make it legal according to employment and tax laws.
