Thank you for doing this! This feature is long overdue. I've been checking for updates on this feature topic here in the seller community for literally years. Really hoping it can be integrated ASAP.
I really hope so as well. At the moment I may integrate Square and their app Yotpo...but I'm trying to make sure its not exclusively for retail businesses
Have you done a demo with them yet? Iโve done demoโs with Birdeye, Referral Rock, and TapMango. All of them have a ton of features (more than what Iโm looking for if Iโm totally honest.) I donโt need the features they offer that are already built into Square marketing or loyalty or my Squarespace website. Referral Rock seemed to be the best fit as far as integrating with Square Appointments but they all are VERY expensive. Iโm more than willing to spend money to make money but it has to make sense.
