Are there any gym owners in the Square Seller Community? I'd love to hear your experience using square and with client retention. Are you a general gym or specialized offering classes, personal training, all of the above? Thanks in advance for your time!

I don't own a gym. I have worked in one. My father just sold one of his buildings that is now going to be turned into a gym. That's all I know for now

Not necessarily a ‘gym’ but I am a personal trainer.

Yes, I own a personal training studio here in Queens, NY.  We gross about 1M per year, huge thanks to square. We used global payments before we transitioned to Square. Square is definitely so much better than any alternatives that we explored. The only thing Square needs to add is a bookings program that can allow multiple members of the staff to log on and do their schedules.
