Any service-based business experiencing a slump?

I find it is always after a long weekend that business is slowww. We just had Memorial Day that everyone was prepping for and this week is painfully quiet for us.

We are crafting self tanning foams this week and starting up new campaigns.

Anyone else experiencing this?

My solo esthetics salon is experiencing this also. I’ve pumped up social media and updated my website. That’s brought in a little more traffic. 

i think the uncertainty of EVERYTHING is scaring people right now. Ugh

For us, holiday weekends or big tourist events always result in a slump for us.  Mainly because the locals we service are exhausted from the rush or went out of town to avoid it.  Things usually pick up a few weeks later.
