why is square deacivating my account??

This is the email i got from them, what did i do wrong??

 

Hello Shmuel,
We recently sent communications to you regarding the upcoming deactivation of your account.
As a reminder, we reviewed your account, and have unfortunately found activity that violates our Terms of Service including but not limited to the following:
  • Section 4 General Terms
  • Section 3 Payment Terms
 
Due to this activity, your account will be deactivated 20 days from today, and we will no longer be able to accept payments related to your business. We are giving you advance notice of this deactivation to allow you time to transition to a new payment processor.
What’s next?
After deactivation, you will still have access to view your Square Dashboard, but will no longer be able to process any payment card transactions using Square. Any funds remaining in your Square balance will be returned to your linked bank account.
  • Automatic deposits: If you receive automatic deposits, this action will not affect your normal payment schedule.
  • Manual deposits: If you receive manual deposits, please contact our Support Team for more information.
 
While we will no longer be processing your payments, you are free to reach out to alternative payment processors and we encourage you to do so.
If you have any questions, or believe this has been a mistake, please visit our Support Centre.
We understand that this decision may cause changes in how you run your business and did not make it lightly.
