why is it that I have been offered loans but then get denial emails saying that they are unable to verify me as the owner and my business information when i have submitted all the requiresd documents more than once and have been verified? This is not adding up to me, I am feeling like this app is a scam more and more. Some one please help me

Is this a new issue? 2. You have had successful loans in the past? 3. The app isn't a scam I promise you but it sounds like your information you are sending in isn't getting to the right person to lock it in and attach it to your file so its on record if you have to keep repeating the same information over and over again. Let me see if I can get our mod to look into this. I apologize for the inconvenience and hopefully, she can get it taken care of. Have you had a successful loan approval in the past? I apologize for asking so many questions, but I need more information about your business and any prior loans you've had to understand the situation better.
Are you a sole proprietor? Do you have an EIN (Employer Identification Number)? I know they have strict criteria for some businesses, especially regarding the types of items they sell. For example, my business is a furniture store.
If you could provide me with more details—without sharing any personal information—I would be happy to try and help you. If you're submitting exactly what they are asking for and still being denied, I would also want to know why that's happening.
Have you tried contacting the call center to speak directly with the loan department? They should be able to inform you about any restrictions on your account that may prevent you from being eligible for a loan. We need to identify what that restriction is.
Please assist me by providing more information, but remember to keep it general and avoid sharing personal details for your own safety.
