I’ve been trying for weeks to get my debit card ordered it says everything was approved but when I go to order it it keeps saying “oops somthing went wrong” every time. Am I doing something wrong? I’ve asked around and no one has had the same issues.
Hey @Bailiedhair. For this kind of issue, you’re going to need to contact Square Support. It sounds like there is an issue with your account that only they can resolve. Even if other sellers had this issue, I can almost guarantee you that the resolution was found with support and not here in the Community, since we can’t get into your account to see what is going on. Hi @Bailiedhair are you using google chrome or another internet navigator, i had the same problem and just upgraded the google chrome and works.
