When I print a check, the background Square logo is too dark and you cannot read the check information. How do I correct this so I can print a check for a vendor?
Hi @aprilhowell29, I can definitely see how this would be an issue. When I’ve used mobile check deposit features with banks in the past, they usually recommend a dark background, but you should still be able to clearly see the check. Can you share a photo of what you’re seeing on your end?
Also, can you walk me through the steps you’re taking to print the check?

This happened to me too. No solution really from square. But I took a screenshot of the pdf and printed from photos instead and it printed how it was originally supposed to.
