i have been having problems with my square balance i have had customers place orders and the money would go through the transaction would work and show in the transaction list but square wasnt adding the money to my account balance or letting me withdraw money that i did have in there. I am extremely outraged and i cant seem to get ahold of anyone working for square. I need my money for my bussiness there is no reason for a company such as square to be trying to keep money from small business owners like me
Hello @expresssmoking thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your account and getting deposits. Have you setup your bank account information in order to receive balance transfers into your banking account? Here is a post on how to do that. It may take up to four days to verify a new bank account.
Also check your balance area in your account dashboard online. See if there is a balance listed there. If you still don't see any record of your transactions or funds, contact Customer Service here . I hope this helps with your situation. I've been a Square customer for over 5 years now and they are a great company to do business with; I'm sure there is a fix for your situation and I understand how frustrating it is not to have access to money that you earned. Please be patient and do contact Service for assistance.
