Sorry to hear about your issue. You may want to contact Customer Support and ask them to look at your info - that's not something that can be accomplished via the Community. Eligibility for Square Checking requires Square to verify your information. If your information is not able to be verified, you won’t be able to sign up for Square Checking, but you can still take advantage of Square’s other transfer options. (Perhaps you have missing or incorrect details but, that's just a guess.) You should be able to contact Customer Support through your Account Dashboard.
