Why does my loan eligibility say 'Needs Work' for processing volume after a higher volume sales day?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Need Work???

What is going on? This is a very new thing, but every single time that I have a way higher than normal processing day, it updates to Need Work. I don't understand that.

Sorry to hear this, @MJM33!

I'm not currently seeing any eligibility factors listed as Needs Work on my side. Are you able to take another look and confirm whether this has updated on your end too?
