I see you were having trouble earlier with a payment not showing up.  I assume that issue has been resolved since you are now looking to transfer funds out.  Is/has your external bank that is linked been successfully verified already? 

You may also need to call into Square support as their may be some sort of hold of some type on your account if its a new account/first payment for security purposes.

We did remove the customer code. If for some reason it asking you for one.
