Transferring account

I am trying to transfer my banking and pos account to my wife. She received an email asking her to verify her identity. When she clicks on the button she received a 404 error. In the meantime the debit card has been locked. We have three bank accounts with square and now I am wondering if this is going to be a problem when I try to transfer the other two.
