The social security number associated with my account is incorrect, and I can not edit/change it?

I am attempting to start a savings account thru square (to put aside sales tax and fees every month) and when I go to begin/create the savings account and "review your personal info" section has someone or somethings social security number. I can edit my name and address but not the social security. All we can see is the last 4 numbers-of which we have no idea who's they are. It is in grey and when you click the little info button it says, "This is the SSN you used to activate Square Payments. At this time, Square Savings accounts can only be opened by the individual who owns the associated Square account."

I did have a partner start with me-and she left. The social security number ends in 4 numbers that are neither of our socials, and its not our EIN either. It appears just completely wrong...?

Is there a way to correct this?
