Switched from Full-Time to Part-Time. When Do My Calendar Metrics Update

Has anyone else experienced this after switching from full-time to part-time?

I recently changed my availability from working 5 days a week to just 2 days a week. Since then, my average ticket size has increased by 98%, but my calendar metrics don’t seem to have adjusted yet. On the days I’m intentionally off, the dashboard still shows “Needs Improvement,” almost as if it expects me to be available those days.

Does Square eventually recalibrate these metrics based on my new schedule, or is there something else I need to update besides my calendar availability?

I’m mainly wondering if this could affect how Square evaluates my business for things like loan eligibility or other performance metrics.

hey @kacey_k

Your ticket size may have increased but what about your actual sales compared to previous?  I don't believe the calendar or editing your availability truly plays any part in their algorithm for loan offers.  Mostly it will come down to processing and customer mix and transactions, and not so much days worked.  Just an educated guess though.
