I had to contact the FBI! Never in a million years would have i said that. My account was compromised, they transferred the money out, took a loan, and added their bank account. They know the IP address ond account that money was transferred to. Calling square didn't help. Their investigation didn't involve a call to me. I am now working with the FBI and local police and waiting for them to work on this... not exactly a priority, but it sucks that square fraud dep is terrible.
I have had square for years with zero issues and have been a good customer.
