Hi all! I wanted to give a little warning about Square savings. I have been using squared for years, with no real issues. I recently started using the savings account option. I transferred money from my checking to the savings. I see the transfer happen, and saw the money hit my savings account. However after a few days, the balance in the savings was still not available. Then it disappeared! I contacted customer service and was told it would just take a few more days, then was told the transfer was not completed. I have gotten a million different options, but have not gotten my missing money back. They tried to tell me the transfer never happened, when I saw it go from one account to another. The last response from square, was that they are done trying to explain it. They are basically stealing from us, so be careful and pay close attention to you balances!
