Has anyone else lost their square savings balance?

I had a balance and now it says sign up for square savings. I didn't make a deposit and now my money is gone. Plus square is impossible to get in contact with to get a question answered. If someone from square reads this, please get in contact with me. It was thousands of dollars!

The same thing has happened to me. I put an email into support. So frustrating since I kind of needed that money today. If I hear anything I will let you know.

Based on updated reports from our engineers who worked on this issue, it has since been resolved.
