Square checking cash deposit no longer an optino

I used it one time and after the first deposit the option "Disappeared" from my square app. I figured this was because I maxed out my daily deposits. However, week or so later I keep checking the app and no longer is cash deposits listed as an option to add money. I now only see the original debit card and deposit check options. What happened to my deposit cash option? I have the most updated version of the application on my phone, so it is not that. I loved this till it worked only once! Any insights here? Am I back to no cash deposits?

To deposit cash from your app follow these steps:

  1. From the Square Point of Sale app, tap More > Balance.

  2. Select Checking > Add money and choose Cash deposit.

  3. Tap Get started and select a cash deposit location to generate your deposit barcode. Cash deposit locations are listed by the locations nearest to you, so make sure you have location services enabled for your Square app. 

  4. When you’re at a cash deposit location, tap View barcode in your app to show your barcode to a cashier to complete your deposit. Cash deposit barcodes cannot be reused and expire after 15 minutes. If the barcode expires, you can generate a new barcode by following these same steps.

  5. Once your deposit is complete, your Square Checking account instantly updates with your new balance and your funds are immediately available to spend through your Square Debit Card.

I apologize @JohnClub, I should have been more clear. I understand you had this feature once. To confirm the settings above are enabled? If so then you will need to speak with our Banking Team at 1-855-700-6000. The team is available to speak on the phone Monday through Friday from 6am - 6pm PST.

Thanks for the reply BUT as I stated above in my initial post, I KNOW HOW to do it HAVE DONE IT ONCE but after the first CASH deposit the OPTION for cash deposits is NOT THERE ANYMORE. I have the updated version follow these steps and get to the add cash section only visible options is check deposit and debit card?
