Processing Volume “Needs Work” Square Loan

We have been using Square for 10 years now and have had 7 loans total. After paying off the first 2 completely, we have since always been offered a new loan anywhere between %65-%80 of being the previous loan being paid off. Here’s our issue now, we have never had any problems or issues with “Eligibility” and we have been in the green on all of squares metrics for the last 5 years or so as we’ve grown substantially year in and year out. For some reason now though, about 5 weeks ago our “Processing Volume” suddenly switches to “Needs Works”. It has stayed in “Needs Work” since then, no matter how much we process it will not change back to “good” or green. We are up and over $2,200 from month average and have process a record amount of payments for November and December. I have sent 4 emails into Square asking that they address this issue and fix the problem and each time they respond with nothing that even has anything to do with our issue. Is it extremely frustrating and we are now, for the first time ever, considering finding a new way to process payments. This is clearly an issue on Square’s end and it is now affecting us receiving future loan offers. Is anyone else having these same problems??? Can ANYONE from Square actually look into this and help me???

Do you have an update? Has it been fixed for you? Ours is doing the same thing and our current month is over $10k over our average. Not sure what’s going on.
