If you want one or get one it's easy and fast to do it online than update it with Square. The EIN vs SSN isn't holding you up any. It's been trending higher percentage paid back for most. Here and there a few 70s pop in.

Hello, im guessing you are from Michigan too? There have been low 80s and a couple in the 70s. It's been a good year of higher-paid back to paid off. Hello, yes they have been in testing for some time now. They are real, legit, and will be offered more to people. You can't apply for one as of now its offered like a loan. Please keep in mind if you accept the card you will no longer receive loan offers. In the testing stage a few snuck through for both but that is fixed. Just an FYI ok.
Unfortunately, most (not all) have been slightly lower. A handful I have seen received 3-5k more. Lenders are still waiting but the Feds lower the rates again by only .5 but better than raising it. This debt ceiling is a concern to lenders. Take care of that and get past the holidays which tend to be slower than normal and things pick back up after the 1st. Good luck!
