If you're missing funds, you really need to speak to someone in customer support. If there is an issue with your account, they will look into this for you.

Before you signed up for a Square checking account, did you have an external banking account setup to receive payments? Your balance should have gone to that account you already set up? You should also double check your banking information in your Square account, to make sure you entered those details correctly. If your bank routing number or account number are incorrect, then your funds would not have been transferred into the correct account. I hope you're able to find a resolution to this matter.
