I just received a payment but cannot view it that it's available?

What or where can I look to receive and use payment received?

Hi Jolopez007,

 

Since we don't have all the details and the Community is not Customer Support or Tech Support - it would be a guess.  For example, have you received payments before right away or is this your first transaction?   Did you sign up for "instant transfer" (an extra cost to do that)?   Normally if you're using all the free services that Square offers, it can take 1 to 2 days to have your funds (minus the transaction processing fees) deposited into your bank account.  This is all annotated on your Square Account Dashboard and you should also receive emails about the transaction and deposit assuming you signed up to receive them.  Note, there can be a delay for deposits depending when the transaction took place, i.e., weekends and/or holidays.  Perhaps some other members have a thought or two.  My thoughts are just from our personal business experiences with Square.

Start here.  https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions Do you see the transaction you are referencing?  If not then there are multiple possibilities. Here are a couple I have seen.  You are logged into a different account than the one used to complete the transaction, The transaction was never completed or failed because of a declined card for example.  

How did you receive payment?  Was it a transaction in person, or an invoice paid online?
